Foundation Blend - Colombia, El Salvador

Our first espresso blend, trialled and sampled on our dining room table and now hitting the big time in our roastery. A blend of two beans from Colombia and El Salvador, this espresso packs a punch of sweet acidity with nutty undertones. Think the brightness of Cherry Jam, with touches of creamy almond and a sweet spot of butterscotch.
