RETURNS AND REFUNDS


Perishable goods

If goods are damaged or not as described, please inform us upon receipt of delivery and we will offer a full refund or exchange.

As coffee is a food product, we cannot accept returns and/or offer refunds if your order has arrived as described and in good condition.

Non-perishable goods

You can return items for a refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the unlikely event that your item(s) is damaged or faulty, you will be offered a full refund. You may be asked for proof of damage and to return the item(s) to the below address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, event tickets, subscriptions and gift cards.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@ritualcoffee.org
