Flor Del Cafe (Washed) - Guatemala

Flor del Café is grown by first‑generation producer Ramon Pablo Chalez on his family farm, Los Pablos, in Aldea Com Jacaltenango, Huehuetenango. Ramon and his family manage every stage of production themselves, relying on coffee as their sole source of income. Over the past 20 years, he has expanded his farm through microcredits, moving from growing basic grains to cultivating Caturra and Pache under Inga, Grevillea and avocado shade. His careful, hands‑on approach and commitment to quality underpin the character of this small 1.95‑hectare farm and the coffee it produces.
