Finca El Corozo (White Honey) - El Salvador

Finca El Corozo is led by Fernando, who runs the farm with a team of 30 staff trained in sustainable, environmentally friendly practices. The farm plays an active role in the local community, supporting the school, maintaining rural roads, and creating steady employment in an area bordering the Los Volcanes National Park. Their coffee grows in rich volcanic soils and is milled by the Cuzcachapa cooperative, one of El Salvador’s last large producer‑led cooperatives known for its strong quality standards and grower support.
