Nestor Lasso, a third-generation coffee farmer, took over the family farm with his brother five years ago. At just 25 years old, he shifted the farm’s focus toward producing exceptional micro-lots and refining post-harvest processing. Prioritising quality over quantity, the brothers have transformed the business with an emphasis on craft and environmental sustainability. Their dedication and innovation have earned global recognition, and their coffees are now sought after worldwide—even used in competitions.
